Important Notice Regarding Deliveries Within the European Union
Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the resulting country-specific legal requirements, we are currently unable to offer direct shipping to all EU Member States.
As a small business, complying with the individual packaging regulations in each destination country involves significant administrative and financial effort. Therefore, we have temporarily suspended direct shipping to certain countries.
How You Can Still Order:
Customers from affected countries can continue to place orders by using a parcel forwarding service.
The process is simple:
- Register with a parcel forwarding provider.
- You will receive an Austrian delivery address.
- We ship your order to this address.
- The forwarding service then forwards your parcel to your final delivery address.
Please note that the use of a parcel forwarding service is entirely at your own responsibility. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply. Examples of such providers include Logoix and similar services.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and are working towards offering direct shipping to additional EU countries again in the future.

Shipping Information for your order
We work with trusted shipping partners such as DPD, GLS, Johann Weiss and Dachser.
Shipping and packaging costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
For items over 15 kg, delivery is handled safely as bulky goods via freight forwarding.
Please Note: If we cannot pack your items together as calculated by the shop system, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs.
For example: sport springs cannot be packed together with a rear spoiler. In this case, the order would be shipped in two separate packages.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to packing stations.
Please Note: Shipping costs for other EU countries are approximate and may vary depending on the size of the package.
If the final shipping costs are higher than expected, we will contact you immediately.
For Germany and other EU countries, there may be additional charges for islands or special regions.
These extra costs are manually added to the standard shipping calculation.
Please note that we generally cannot deliver to islands or special areas that can only be reached by air.

If your desired country is not available in our shipping options, you can still place an order.
Simply use an external forwarding service: they will provide you with a German delivery address where we send your order.
From there, your package will be reliably forwarded to your destination – or you can pick it up directly at the service provider.
